Organic Fashion

Since global warming issue has become global hotness, everything goes (at least tries to) green and organic. Fashion does too. In various interesting ways.

In Portland, Oregon, October 2007, there were thirty five independent designers showcased the eco-fashion clothes in the whole eco-friendly event, with eco-friendly styling products, bamboo runway, recycled fabric, paper, sustainable furniture, and even organic food and drink on the menu :)

Another ones,

Linda Loudermilk creates clothes from sustainable fabrics under The Loudermilk line. In Sweden, a young designer, Anja Hynynen transforms organic fabrics into lovely, lady-like designs. From Boston, Joodito creates organic tops such as sweatshirts, tees, or tunics from salvaged and recycled materials.

I’m currently browsing for the Asians. Do you know any? ;)
