		<description><![CDATA[Still from Japan Fashion Week Fall 08-09, another designer that caught my attention was Mikio Sakabe. She showed chic and playful outfits, made us feel like watching the dolls were walking on the runway.

Mikio Sakabe graduated from ESMOD Paris in 2002, and continued her fashion education in Hogeschool Antwerpen, Fashion Department, Antwerp, Belgium, to 2006.
