Eatable Espresso
Eat coffee? How come? This must be the first thought that come in through your mind seeing the title above.
Yeah, Ferran Adria has succeed creating a new semi solid espresso and served the customers in Lavazza cafes, Chicago. Actually, the recipes was quite similar to an ordinary espresso : espresso plus cream, sugar and powdered gelatin popped into a whip canister and foamed into a cup.
Err, how could Ferran create this kind of unique espresso? I am so wondering, how will be the espresso taste like!
